At Mad About Pies, we take pride in the quality of our products and the service we provide. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want every customer to feel confident when ordering from our website.

Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of our products (fresh and perishable food items), we are unable to accept returns unless the item is damaged or not as described.

If your delivery arrives damaged, incomplete, or you believe there is an issue with the quality of the product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We may request a photo of the item(s) and the packaging to help us investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we will contact you to notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement, depending on your preference.

Please allow up to 5–7 working days for any approved refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at info@madaboutpies.co.uk.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone to cancel. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the perishable nature of our products.
