Welcome to www.madaboutpies.co.uk. By placing an order on our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Products & Ingredients

All our pies are handmade using quality ingredients. While we make every effort to ensure consistency, slight variations may occur due to the artisan nature of our products. Ingredients and allergens are listed on each product page and label.

2. Ordering & Minimum Quantities

Orders must be placed in multiples of six pies per pie size (e.g., 6 Catering, 6 Bistro, 6 Gastro). Mixed flavours are allowed within each size. Orders not meeting this requirement cannot be processed at checkout.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure checkout system.

4. Delivery

Our pies are shipped chilled in insulated packaging to maintain freshness. Delivery charges are £9.95 per 6 pies. We make no profit on postage — this is a direct pass-through of the cost for express, temperature-controlled delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before dispatch. After this point, cancellations are no longer possible due to preparation and packaging processes.

8. Privacy

9. Changes to Terms
